Individuals and organizations experience three days of holistic learning, unlearning and practice of intersectional racial justice, collective healing and liberation with nationally/internationally renowned authors, activists, artists. Participants gain access to thought provoking resources, curated community experiences, insightful dialogues, and opportunities to stay engaged in both their own ongoing practice as well as in advocacy and movement building beyond the Summit.

Individuals that self-identify as BIPOC experience holistic learning, unlearning and decolonizing practices in community with peer BIPOC to deepen intersectional and intergenerational racial justice, collective healing and liberation.

Community organizations have access to affordable transportation to support the individuals they serve

Contracted organizations engage in multi-year commitments to develop skills, practices and processes to deliberately center intersectional racial justice, collective healing and liberation at levels of self, relationships, cultures and structures in their workplace and area of work.

Individuals gain access to facilitated experiences of holistic racial justice learning, unlearning and practice throughout the year in deliberately curated intergenerational and intersectional community spaces. Participants can further develop skills and practices and grow relationships across communities, areas of justice, and work sectors to build/strengthen movement building for intersectional racial justice, collective healing and liberation in the state of Wisconsin.

People with low incomes and other barriers can reinstate their driver's licenses

Individuals that self identify as white experience embodied racial justice learning, unlearning and accountability practice to better discern the real cost of white supremacy in their own lives as well as the possibilities to live into a broader sense of shared humanity, community, growth and restoration within movements for intersectional racial justice, collective healing and liberation.

-Shelter diversion for doubled up families -Securing permanent housing

-Short term shelter for families experiencing homelessness -Support to obtain housing

Participants in HIRE programs have financial support to meet basic needs (rent & utilities) while engaged in workforce development tranining

People returning from incarceration/justice system invovlement learn computer skills and build positive social relationships - can serve as a pipeline to more workforce develoment / education programs

People with low incomes & barriers to private & public transportation options can get to/from work and employment related activities 24/7 365 days a year

Permanent, affordable, safe housing for single women with barriers to housing indepedence

Obtaining/maintaining housing

-Youth are diverted from the municipal court system -Youth are supported holistically to respond to and be accountable for harm caused -Youth leadership development through "Youth Communities of Practice" -Community centers implement Restorative Justice practices throughout programming/relationships -Family and community exposure/engagement

-Partner middle schools are implementing Restorative Justice practices holistically -Reduced use of punitive & exclusionary responses to youth behavior -Youth leadership development -Holistic culture work that impacts and engages youth, staff, and families in practices of building authentic relationships, shifting power

Seniors and people with disabilities can access their community through affordable transporatation (employment, recreation, groceries, medical appointments, etc)

-Obtaining/maintaing housing, Shelter diversion -Better understanding of Housing rights/ responsibilities via tenant education course

-Safe, affordable housing for single mothers with children under the age of 5 -Support to obtain permanent housing upon exit -Access to resources to support children's needs & development

-Women, people of color, and other people with marginalized identities are trained in web development + soft skills for employability -Job, internship, and higher education attainment after graduation
