WAVE Policy Agenda- Intentionally crafting gun violence prevention policies with the goal of not adding to the carceral footprint. Working within communities that are most impacted by gun violence and working with law enforcement to reduce punitive responses to address cycles of violence.

WAVE Youth Advisory Board

The purpose of the Youth Advisory Board (YAB) is to further WAVE Educational Fund’s mission of preventing gun violence by educating, encouraging, and empowering all young people to become change agents in our communities. WAVE's Youth Advisory Board will work toward a future, in which no young person's dreams or goals are stifled by the harm and trauma of gun violence.

Wisconsin Commmunity Violence Intervention Coalition

WAVE spearheads the Wisconsin CVI Coalition, a collaborative effort comprising various advocacy groups, CVI practitioners, public health officials, and leaders of local violence prevention offices statewide. The coalition's primary objectives are to facilitate connections among organizations engaged in vital initiatives within the state, exchange valuable resources, and advocate for consistent funding to bolster CVI programs.
